Christine A. Figuiera, 58, of Central Falls, RI sadly left us on November 8, 2023 at Miriam Hospital, Providence, RI who battled renal failure. Chris was born December 10th in Pawtucket, RI to the late Joseph P. Figuiera and Lucile (Noury) Figuiera.

Chris was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and had bragging rights to her delicious potato salad when spending time at family gatherings. She was avid Patriots fan, enjoyed listening to music, and playing the slot machines at Twin River Casino.

Chris is survived by her partner Ricardo Gomes of many years and her three supportive siblings Lori Figuiera, (John); Kerri Szafranski (Bruce); and Dawn Figuiera, (Ricardo). Chris leaves many close nieces (Liz Figuiera (Jose), Amber Shaw, Jasmine and Kelsey Figuiera (Gary), great nieces; nephews Brad and Shane Szafranski, Eddien Figuiera (Carmina), Evan Quezada and Michael Botelho and great nephews, an uncle and many cousins who she loved very much. She was the sister of the late Michelle Figuiera. Christine will be fondly remember for her kindness and thoughtfulness along with her special gifts throughout the years. She had formed many acquaintances at Rand Place who enjoyed her friendly hello, uber rides and her prepared meals. Chris leaves her cherished beloved dachshund Brandi. What we have once enjoyed deeply, we can never lose…and there is no goodbyes for us.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 11th from 1:30-3:30 p.m., at Keefe’s Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. We will gather at a later date to reminisce when the weather permits. Interment has been arranged at Notre Dame cemetery, Pawtucket, RI.
